The Cocy key Locks are designed for Hotels, Apartments, Motels, Resorts, Conference Centers and Offices. The Cocy Key Locks are installed to control un-authorized access in the hotel rooms, passages, buildings, office etc.

We have three different sets of Cocy Key Locks and are produced in different colors to blend with the door colors. These Cocy Key Locks are supplied with Cocy Key Locking Software System, Magnetic Key Cards, Query Cards, Energy Saving Units and Encoder Unit for encoding the magnetic key cards for the guests' entry into their rooms.

The Cocy Locks are linked to HotSoft - PMS via the HotSoft key Card interface system, using the Cocy locking Software System. The relationship between Cocy Locks, Cocy Locking Software and HotSoft - PMS gives the entire system more controls and added advantage. The Cocy Locks are of three different types listed below:-

COCY contactless proximity card door lock offers high-quality, durable contactless card lockset with powerful locking management system for various applications like holiday village, hotel, office, apartments, and residence and so on. With US ANSI 5-latch mortise adopted, COCY RFID Card door lock is remarkable for high anti-counterfeit capability, uncompromising security, comparatively low cost and ease-of-use, as the door can be opened with a simple card approaching.

The 9000-F7 & 9000-F1 locks provide all the security of a conventional lockset, comprising the RFID contactless card that is equipped with security code to avoid card cloning.

As proximity Temic Card (125 KHz LF) or Mifare 1 Card (13.56 MHz HF) is adopted to authorize door-unlocking access, data encrypted in the card is well protected against any unauthorized access. Different levels of access can be assigned; each guest key card can only access the designated room within valid lodging time; and lost key card(s) can be invalidated easily and instantly.

This safety design enables the classification of specific status, time and role among the card holders.

The classic 9000-C1 lock provides all the security of a conventional lockset, comprising the Siemens Company SLE4442 chip card that is equipped with security code to avoid card cloning.

Different levels of access can be assigned; each guest key card can only access the designated room within valid lodging time; and lost key card(s) can be invalidated easily and instantly. SMART CARD LOCKING SYSTEM COMPOSITION:

The Cocy Locking Software is developed to work with the encoder units used for encoding the Key Cards for the Cocy locks and the Cocy Energy saving units for the Hotel rooms. The Cocy Locking Software is linked to HotSoft – PMS through the HotSoft Key Card Interface System.

When guests are checked in to the Hotel rooms, the system automatically produce an encoded key card unit for the guest and the key card unit contains information about the guests, such as Guest Name, Room Type, Room Rate and the duration of stay in the Hotel.

Open time: You can turn the handle to open the door within 10 s after inserting a valid card (only once); after that the door will be locked again automatically. The buzzer in the lock will beep to warn the user if the door isn't fully closed after the door is opened for 15 s.

Reliability of card insertion: No accident for 1500 times of continuous card insertion.

Insertion of illegal card: The circuit in the lock wouldn't be damaged if any illegal card is inserted in the lock, even full metal card.

Low voltage warning: The buzzer will beep for warning if CPU working voltage is less than 4.5 V; the lock can still be opened dozens of times for temporary use till the batteries are replaced.

Mechanical key override: The separate emergency mechanical structure enables opening by the mechanical key in emergency.

Installation request: Only to be installed in the wooden door, the default thickness is between 38 mm and 55 mm. If the door surface is decorated, the distance between the decorative edge and the edge of the door must be over 120 mm.

The energy saving switch is used with the card to activate / deactivate the room electricity to save power and is widely used in hotel & resort guest rooms and etc. COCY energy saver enables up to 60% of energy saving at the installed buildings.

COCY has 4 types of different energy savers with different key cards:

Common Type: Any magnetic stripe card can activate the saver and switch on the power.

IC Smart Card Type: Only SLE4442 key card can activate the saver and switch on the power.

How it works?

A guest holds the key card from the hotel front desk and then goes into his / her room, opens the door with key card and inserts it into the Energy Saving switch; then the room electricity is on and all the electrical appliances (lighting, air conditioning, TV, etc.) can be used.

When the guest leaves the room, he / she pulls out the key card. The electricity in the room will be off automatically in about 15 s after the card is taken out (this delay enables all guests in the room can go out of the room with the lights still on). This device enables Power saving and electrical safety.
