HotSoft Hotel Software - property management software is designed to control the flow of information and data necessary for the management and operation of hotels, resorts, conference centers and motels. This is achieved through HotSoft PMS, which has front desk, add on modules, and it is linked to the back office software and point of sale software through Accounts links, Pos interface and other interface systems.
The HotSoft Front desk operations software manages reservations, guest check-in / check-out, housekeeping, tracks room availability and unsold rooms, guest folio review and edit, makes or changes key lock cards, city ledger, and night auditing. Revenues from sales outlets can be tracked and managed by HotSoft PMS software by keeping records of revenue per available room, average daily rate, percentage occupancy, summarizing revenues, payments and taxes, auto-posting of charges and payments, and automatic transfer of advance deposits.
HotSoft PMS is linked to the Back office software management System through the Account link. The Back Office System (Sage BusinessWorks Accounting System) keeps track of the General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control, Order Entry / Invoicing, Payroll and Personnel / Human resources transactions.
The HotSoft PMS has the data export interface (Account Link) to the back office accounting system which allow for automatic posting of sales figures from HotSoft PMS to Back office system general ledger and accounts receivable systems. HotSoft PMS system is also linked to Bleep TS POS Machines at the sales outlets through the HotSoft POS Interface.
HotSoft reporting capabilities is second to none and it is important to the Hotels because of its comprehensive reporting nature, user friendliness, report generation capabilities using in-built report generator called focus. The management and marketing reports can be generated on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis, including operational reports, occupancy forecasts, monthly activity reports, monthly deposit and cash out reports, room count revenue reports, room housekeeping status, corporate account statements, guest status, and cancellations, arrival and departure tracking etc..
